Typical Royal Mail experience, but now in WH smiths, to make it even more expensive. Only one window operating despite there being six. Long queue. No staff out front to help people. Packaging is now WH Smiths own, which means it's either expensive or sold out. Plus the staff are maudlin and arrogant.
